Conditions for Returns:

• Returns are only accepted for items that arrive defective.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with no signs of damage.

• Customers must provide clear photographs of the defect for review before a return can be authorized.

Return Authorization:

• If you believe your item is defective, contact us at info@ateliergrellier.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs.

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
